This is how to set up your student accounts. You will find the answers also on our web in FAQs Q 7.
Log into your Teacher account using your username and password.
The screen shows all your information including all your student accounts which are listed below your details.
One account is allocated for each user. Each student has their own account.
The Program automatically allocates random usernames and passwords. We suggest that you change these to something simpler.
You can change both the username and the password for each student.
Give each student their personal details which they should keep secret so that no one can access their work.
Changing student passwords
When students leave, you can change their login details ready for new students.
Clear the account by ticking the box on the right hand side of the screen beside each student name. This removes all the work from the account.
Change the username to the new student. You can also change the password. Then press Update.
To update a lot of students, Download the user list as a csv file and save it on your computer.
It opens in Excel as csv file. Complete the columns to show New Username and New Password. Save the work.

Upload the new list. Once uploaded and before anything is updated, you must confirm any updates.
When adding new usernames and passwords for users, choose passwords with a mixture of numbers, symbols, upper and lowercase characters.
We have more than 100,000 users on the Program and this saves repeating names.
Confirm. You may need to clear the work from some accounts.
